Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem.
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please read the following information carefully:

1. You must email us at hello@parfumguys.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. To help us continue offering competitive pricing, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

3. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
   

4. All returns are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion, in accordance with the terms stated above.

5. Perfume testers purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable.
